Our goal in creating this restaurant is to design a quality burger location that is driven by the Tennessee community using fresh, local ingredients in all our menu options. We want a place for our customers to feel at home and welcome when they are here whether it is for a business luncheon, a first date or a place for family and friends to come together and have dinner and drinks with one another.
Our restaurant implements a farm-to-table concept where we work with farms and businesses from all over Tennessee to promote local economic sustainability within the community.
We provide a casual environment and warm, knowledgeable service for you to enjoy our unique interpretation of gourmet craft burgers.
We will offer a full bar with an emphasis on the finest bourbons mixed with house-made ingredients in modern variations of classic cocktails along with a wide selection of craft beer and wine options.
Founded in 2013, Stock and Barrel has been serving customers gourmet hamburgers for 10 years. Burgers and bourbon. What more could life offer? Our burgers range from the traditional to the insane. We have over 300 whiskeys to choose from to wash down those tasty burgers. We also offer a variety of beers, wines, and cocktails. We’ve won best burger contests in Knoxville, Nashville, and even the Orange Bowl. We hope to see you soon!
